Is there a law about not hiring a person who has spondylolysis? - spondylolysis more condition_treatment

My son has a so-called spondylolysis and is not a job because of it. Does anyone know anything about it?

Is this the reason why he is not then covered hired ADA. ES "fully capable of doing the work with reasonable accommodation? This is the proof.

Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits such discrimination. Which makes it a federal issue.

Disability Discrimination
Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 prohibits private employers, state and local governments, employment agencies and unions to discriminate against qualified people with disabilities in the procedures for application of the employment, appointment, dismissal, promotion, compensation, training, and other conditions and privileges of employment. The ADA covers employers with 15 or more employees, including state and local authorities.
