Cervical Spondylosis Without Myelopathy I Have Cervical Spondylosis And Vertigo( Imbalance While Walking).Is There Cure/remedy For These Two Problems?

I have cervical spondylosis and vertigo( Imbalance while walking).Is there cure/remedy for these two problems? - cervical spondylosis without myelopathy

I have a pain in the right side of my neck, which extends to the lower back. Sometimes I have pain in my back and over his shoulders. I'm going problem also.While dizziness move right or left, without my control. Sometimes I fall, I feel dizzy. Sometimes the body is hurting. When I write for more than 10 minutes, I have a pain in the fingers, hand and shoulders.Is there is no treatment or cure for these problems.
